I enjoyed my stay with a delicious dinner and friendly staff, making my visit even more pleasant as I explored the nearby Grimsby Minster and the Victoria Flour Mill, both just a short walk away, truly adding to the charm of my weekend adventure.

Conveniently located near shops and transport.
The corridors on the upper floors look very unloved.

Excellent location right in the heart of town, with free parking available. Rooms contain standard amenities like tea-making facilities, making it easy to relax after a long day.
The decor in the rooms leans heavily toward the outdated side and could use a good refresh—threadbare carpets and worn furnishings detract from the overall ambiance. Breakfast options had potential, but items like pastries looked stale and were clearly not replenished, leaving a bit to be desired. The shower temperature was tricky to manage, and the TV remote was missing a cover and had dead batteries, making it cumbersome to use. Rooms can get warm as there's no air conditioning, although the supplied fan was a welcome relief.

Had a blast with friends exploring the local attractions and checking out Cleethorpes beach. Rooms were well-kept, and the location allowed us easy access to shops and nightlife. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was decent, though a bit busy at times. Definitely planning to return!

The cleanliness was shocking like my partner checks every corner, and they passed with flying colors and the staff were friendly like you wouldn't believe. The restaurant was surprisingly good, had this fantastic breakfast that felt like it was made with care, not just thrown on a plate.
Wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what you got it was acceptable.

We enjoyed exploring the attractions in Grimsby and Cleethorpes. The staff were welcoming, making our family stay comfortable. My kids loved the spacious family room with plenty of towels and hot water, ensuring we were well taken care of during our visit.
For dads, it would be great if breakfast options were improved.

Could be better
So, we had a mixed stay. The room was kind of old-school, definitely needs a refresh. But the staff? Some were spot on! One lady at breakfast was really ace. On the flip side, it took forever to get inside when we arrived, not cool sitting out in the cold! the wifi was a total pain.

Amazing stay with fab breakfast!
Had a blast here! Room was super comfy, and the chocolate drinks and biscuits were a nice surprise. Breakfast was a feast, seriously! Only thing was the decor felt a bit dated, but it’s all good. Perfect spot – easy walk to shops and bars. Nice friendly vibe from the staff too!

More modern amenities would enhance comfort for seniors.
